We aim to get your Ember Cubs items to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find all the important information about delivery.
Processing Times
Each order is packed with care. Our turnaround time is 10 working days, but may vary during busy periods. This timeframe is usually based on personalised/embroidered garments - we'll always keep you updated!
UK Shipping
We currently ship within the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For
Standard Delivery:

Flat rate of £5.99 or free local pickup
If a customer would like to use an alternative delivery option (e.g. next day delivery) this can be arranged upon request, before placing their order at info@embercubs.co.uk (not applicable for personalised/embroidered items).
Local Collection
We offer free local collection from Welwyn, AL6. Please contact us after ordering to arrange collection.
Delays or Issues
We do our best to meet estimated timeframes, but please understand that delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to postal delays.
Once dispatched, Ember Cubs is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If your parcel hasn't arrived after 10 working days, please contact us and we'll help you to investigate this.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please email us at sales@embercubs.co.uk within 7days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
