Ember Cubs is a UK-based small business providing Baby and Children's clothing, including personalised embroidery.
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Ember Cubs' website and purchasing our products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Once an order is placed and payment has been received, production begins.
Products and Descriptions
All products are described as accurately as possible. Please note that due to the nature of some items and variations in screen settings, colours and finishes may differ slightly from the images shown.
Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept payment via Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Please note that items in your basket are not reserved, until checkout has been completed.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.
Delivery times vary but usually take 2-3 working days after dispatch.
If a customer would like to use an alternative delivery option (e.g. next day delivery) this can be arranged upon request, before placing their order.
We are not responsible for postal delays or items lost in the post.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on non-customised items. Items must be unused and in original condition, with labels attached. As personalised items are custom made, refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless:
- The item is faulty
- An error was made by Ember Cubs
We do not cover the cost of delivery for returns.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7days of delivery with clear photos.
